Dear Andrew, We had our CVO fire installed just before Christmas and I am writing to tell you how pleased we are with it. We did have a problem deciding how high to place the fire, but someone in your office told us to cut out a bit of card and hold it up. We did that and the result is that the fire is high on the wall and very much like a picture with a frame. This means that it is above the height of toddlers’ fingers, and also means that the fire bed is out of sight. When sitting down we can only see the dancing flame which is excellent effect. The fire is most practical, easy to light and gives off goof heat quickly, with some radiation but a great deal of welcome convection. Please pass my thanks to your staff for the production and consignment of the fire which has certainly exceeded our expectations. It was recommended to us by an interior designer we were using and we are glad that we took her advice. I guess if I was to pass on a suggestion it would be that you need to raise the profile of the brand and ensure that the concept of the CVO fires is more widely recognised. Yours Sincerely,
