SMALL OVALL GAS FIRE BOWL

The CVO Small Oval Gas Fire Bowl is surprisingly versatile and adapts beautifully in to a wide range of fireplace installations. 490mm wide from tip to tip and created from solid stone or hand polished metal. This is a very high quality, durable and reliable gas firebowl. Installed in properties around the World. The mould that the gas bowl fire is fabricated from was hand carved and shaped at the Tyne shipyards by tradesmen who are skilled in creating complex forms like propellers. This iconic gas fire bowl design features ceramat burner technology which creates a sparkling undulating sea of blue incandescence and gentle peaks of yellow flames. Due to the wide range of design styles the gas fire bowl is equally at home in both traditional and contemporary settings. Winner of the Prince of Wales Design Award.

The Small Oval Gas Fire Bowl has been used in Homes, Bars, Restaurants and Hotels around the world and is available in a wide choice of finishes and installation styles. With European wide CE approval for both natural gas and LPG the round fire bowl can be used in a variety of installation styles to create a contemporary feature fireplace.

We can supply the bowl seperately however it must be installed inline with the minimum flue and and maximum enclosure requirements specified on the specification sheet. If in doubt please ask. Call to discuss our standard and bespoke options for using this gas fire bowl.

    - Single or double sided enclosures are available in metal or stone finishes.
  - Central fire table designs with a canopy flue system.
  - Old style traditional fireplace designs with various surrounds and hearths.
  - Bespoke or custom fireplace designs - we can design something special - please ask!
Technical Features:
- ODS - oxygen depletion sensor built in.
- FFD - flame failure device built in.
Heat Input:

There are two versions - High and Low Flame.
VERSION-1 = 7.4kW Natural Gas or 7.0kW LPG gas burner.
VERSION-2 = 9.5kw Natural Gas or 9.5kw LPG gas burner.
NOTE: The higher flame version of the fire uses more gas and is therefore also more noisy. It is advised for a domestic property to use the 7.4kw version of the fire. The difference in flame hieght can be seen in the images below. Unless specified by the customer at the time of ordering all small oval bowls will be supplied as the 7.4kw version. It is not possible to convert between the different types once an order has been placed. If in doubt discuss this option with the sales consultant before ordering.
